One example that comes to my mind is physics by Curie's principle, the symmetry of causes leads to a symmetry in the effects. There are many other possible answers though like art.
Symmetry is a vey important part of art. Patterns and designs use symmetry to create equal and perfect sections of artwork. Without it, balance wouldn't be in art.
