Legislative- its makes the law, includes the senate and house of representatives, can declare war, and last but not least approves of any spending and tax increases
Executive- enforces the law, includes the president and the cabinet, and commander in chief of the military
Judicial- interprets the law, can veto laws, can declare laws unconstitutional, and made up of supreme court and federal courts
