Kaiser Wilhelm II wanted Germany to become a super power
having the capability to rule the world. He was of the opinion that Germany had
to be the most powerful nation in the whole of Europe. At the same time it has
to be noted that Britain was the super power of the world. Wilhelm II wanted to
be a ruler having the same power and he was also the grandson of Queen Victoria
of England. The main reason behind building up the German army and navy was
making Germany the ultimate super power in the world.
